Overall leaderboard

Your score on the overall leaderboard is the sum of your ranks on the individual problem leaderboards. For each problem you haven't solved yet, you score N+1 where N is the number of people who have ever solved any problem. Ties are broken in favour of the user who solved their most recent problem first.
